Australian Delivery Information
Prices quoted in the rest of the site exclude the delivery charge. Parents’ Essentials use either Australia Post or a reputable courier company to transport your purchase, depending on your location. Orders of multiples will attract a delivery charge only if one of the items attracts that charge. If ordering a small and a large product or pack the higher delivery charge will apply (but only one delivery fee will be charged). Most orders leave our premises within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This means that, depending on location, your pack should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. If you have a specific date when the pack needs to be delivered, please include this in your order “comments”, call us, or email us, to let us know. We will try to meet your requirements but we guarantee to let you know if your request is possible within 24 hours of your query. If you need a faster delivery we will try to organise an express post delivery. Please call us on 1800 782 022 to discuss your requirements. Additional delivery charges will apply for express delivery requests. International Delivery Information Parents’ Essentials will deliver to most countries. All charges for delivery overseas will be at your expense. Please note that all costs on our site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and savings refer to the Australian Recommended Retail Price (RRP) in Melbourne, Victoria. Visa, Mastercard and American Express using a secure gateway. We do not retain credit card details on our server and we will not pass any of your details onto any third party. 2. Bank cheque or postal order. We accept both of these payments; however we will not dispatch your order until these payments have been received by us. Please allow time for us to receive your payment by post when estimating your parcel delivery date. 3. Payment by credit card over the phone. If you would prefer not to provide your credit card details over the internet, please call us on 1800 782 022 to make your credit card payment over the phone. 4. Direct deposit. You can make a payment directly into the Parents’ Essentials account. Our payment gateway uses SSL technology which protects you by encrypting information such as your credit card details and making it virtually impossible for this information to be intercepted by a third party. In addition, Parents’ Essentials does not retain your credit card information – it is used for a single transaction only. Parents’ Essentials will never provide your personal details to a third party. Your personal details are provided to us to help us keep you up to date with information about our products and to allow us to ship products to you and communicate with you about your shipment. We respect that you have a right to keep your personal information private and we will do everything we can to ensure that this information remains secure at all times. ^ Return to top of page Returns Policy Every effort is made to secure products within their packaging for delivery. If items do become damaged en route, please write us an email or call within 5 working days of delivery to describe the damage and arrange a replacement or refund. When ordering packs, unfortunately we can only refund or replace the entire pack, not individual items within the pack and all items must be returned to us unused. Please be assured that we handle all customer feedback appropriately and we appreciate hearing your thoughts about our products. Cancellations will be accepted up until the product or pack has left our premises. Please note that most purchases are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed and payment has been received. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products in our packs please let us know within 10 days of receipt of your pack to discuss an appropriate exchange or refund. ^ Return to top of page Terms & Conditions Parents' Essentials will deliver the products pictured online to the best of our ability; however, products are occasionally not available. If an alternative item must be supplied within one of the packs we will advise you at the time of ordering. While every effort is made to meet delivery schedules we cannot provide guarantees. The products in our range are included based on our own recommendations, experience and market research. Our suggestions do not replace the advice of your health care professional so please contact them if you have any concerns about your pregnancy or your child. All of our products are selected using our experience and market research. We have researched a significant number of options and are comfortable using all of the products in our range for our own children.
